In this role, you will plan and implement early childhood curriculum, support children's social-emotional growth, and maintain a safe, welcoming classroom. You'll partner closely with families, communicate progress, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and learning progress. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom events. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety procedures. Collaborate with center staff on curriculum and center initiatives. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance.
