Position:

Full-Time or Part Time Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning through play and exploration. Maintain a safe and inviting indoor and outdoor environment for exploration and play. Support students' educational and social/emotional development. Implement safety procedures and contribute to a positive classroom atmosphere. Build and maintain positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners.

Qualifications:

Experience working with young children. Passion for early childhood education and understanding of child development. Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team. A sense of humor and appreciation for the developmental joys of young children.

Requirements:

Background in early childhood education with early childhood experience preferred. Willingness to obtain DESE credentials, including CPR/First Aid certification within 90 days. Ability to actively engage with children, including kneeling, bending, running, and sitting on the floor. Pass a background check. Eligibility to work in the United States.
