Preschool Teacher

Overview:

We are seeking a creative, patient, and experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our daycare team. This role focuses on preparing children for kindergarten by fostering a love for learning through structured activities, play-based education, and social development in a nurturing environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities Support early learning in literacy, numbers, shapes, colors, and problem-solving Create a structured daily schedule that includes learning, play, and rest Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social behavior Guide children in developing communication and teamwork skills Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Monitor and support each child's developmental progress Communicate regularly with parents about progress and milestones Lead and support assistant teachers within the classroom Skills Experience working with preschool-aged children (required) Understanding of early childhood education and kindergarten readiness Strong classroom management skills Patient, engaging, and enthusiastic personality Strong communication and leadership skills CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
