What We Offer Full-time position Competitive wages No nights No weekends Consistent daytime childcare schedule Supportive and welcoming team environment The opportunity to make a meaningful difference in children's lives every day Responsibilities As an Infant & Toddler Teacher, you will: Provide attentive, nurturing, and responsive care to infants and toddlers Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming classroom Follow daily classroom routines and schedules Plan and participate in age-appropriate learning experiences and activities Assist with feeding, diapering, toileting, naps, and other daily care needs Supervise children closely and maintain a safe classroom environment Communicate professionally with families and coworkers Work cooperatively with fellow teachers and center leadership Follow The Nest ELC policies, procedures, and childcare licensing requirements Help create a positive environment where children feel safe, loved, and encouraged to learn We're Looking for Someone Who Is Loving, patient, and nurturing Dependable and punctual Energetic and engaged with children A strong team player Professional and responsible Comfortable caring for infants and toddlers Passionate about early childhood education Experience working in a childcare or early childhood setting is preferred.
