Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for children in various settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or in-home environments Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, social skills, and creativity Support infants and toddlers with feeding, diapering, nap times, and other basic needs while ensuring safety at all times Manage classroom routines to foster a structured yet flexible environment conducive to learning and play Use behavior management techniques to encourage positive conduct and address challenges compassionately Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and daily experiences Ensure compliance with safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response plans Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare, preschool, nannying, babysitting, or similar roles is highly preferred Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is a plus Familiarity with classroom management strategies and behavior management techniques Certification in first aid and CPR is desirable; ongoing training in early childhood education or special education is advantageous Demonstrated ability to nurture children's emotional well-being while fostering independence and curiosity Join us to inspire young minds through energetic engagement and compassionate care!
