In this role, you will provide attentive care, support early childhood development, and foster positive learning experiences for infants. Your energetic and compassionate approach will help lay the foundation for children's growth while ensuring their well-being and happiness throughout their day. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to infants ensuring their safety, comfort, and engagement at all times Support children's developmental milestones through age-appropriate activities focused on childhood development principles Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment that promotes learning and exploration Assist with feeding, diapering, nap times, and other daily routines in accordance with health and safety guidelines Implement classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and social skills among children Collaborate with team members to plan and execute educational activities that stimulate curiosity and creativity Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress, needs, and any concerns Skills Proven experience working with children in daycare with classroom experience preferred Knowledge of early childhood education practices and child development stages Ability to perform first aid procedures confidently and respond swiftly in emergency situations Strong understanding of working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is a plus Excellent behavior management skills to guide positive interactions among children Familiarity with infant care routines, toddler care techniques, and classroom management strategies Compassionate caregiving attitude combined with effective teaching abilities to support each child's unique needs This role is perfect for energetic individuals passionate about nurturing young minds.
