## Job Summary As a Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. Your role involves supervising and caring for children while fostering their physical, emotional, and social development. ## Duties

• Engage children in age-appropriate activities to encourage learning and development
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare setting
• Monitor children's behavior and health
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns
• Implement daily routines to ensure stability and consistency for the children
• Provide a positive role model for children by demonstrating good behavior and manners ## Qualifications
• Experience working with students or children in an educational setting
• Knowledge of childhood development principles
• Preferred qualifications in special education, early childhood education, or related field
• Ability to manage a classroom or group of children effectively
