Overview At Hub City Learning Depot, we believe in creating a nurturing, fun, and safe environment where children can learn and grow through exploration, play, and love. We are seeking a caring and energetic Toddler Teacher to join our team and help guide our little learners during their most important developmental years. Responsibilities Provide a warm, loving, and safe classroom environment for toddlers (ages 1-2). Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons, activities, and play that support developmental milestones. Encourage language, social, emotional, and motor skill development through structured and unstructured play. Maintain daily routines, including meals, diapering/toileting, rest time, and transitions. Keep accurate records of each child's progress, daily reports, and communication with parents. Ensure classroom cleanliness, organization, and compliance with state childcare regulations. Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to create a positive team environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred). Experience working with toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting. Knowledge of child development and appropriate practices for toddlers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with children, parents, and staff. CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain). Must pass background check and meet all state licensing requirements.
