The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate curriculum while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students. Duties Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity and exploration. Monitor and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual needs. Manage classroom behavior effectively, promoting positive interactions among students. Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development and address any concerns. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge of childhood development. Skills Strong understanding of child welfare principles and practices.
