Job Responsibilities Supervise and care for students Follow the daily schedule and complete required documentation Implement provided curriculum Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards Job Requirements Must love working with children Must be able to attend work consistently Must be patient and stay calm under pressure Must work well with others, specifically co-teachers, supervisors, and parents Must be able to speak, read, and write English Must be able to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities Must be able to manage sensitive information with integrity Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds Must be able to bend, twist, and kneel Must be able to stand, walk, and sit for prolonged periods of time including sitting on the floor Must be willing to work indoors and outdoors Must be able to proficiently use Procare, our childcare app (training provided) Must be able to see and hear well enough to keep students safe Must be able to change a diaper, serve food, & provide first aid (training provided) Must be able to sweep, wipe down surfaces, and vacuum Must have a vaccination record (MS Form 121) Must have a letter of suitability from the MS Department of Health (FBI letter/background check)

Schedule:

Monday

•Friday, year-round not including school holidays or weather closure days 7:30/8am

•4:30/5pm, Monday

Friday Experience:

Childcare experience preferred References required

Education/License/Certification:

High school diploma or GED required College-level early childhood courses preferred CPR certification preferred

Compensation:

$12

•$15/hour depending on qualifications Paid every other Friday (bi-weekly)
