(based on experience and credentials) Paige's Rising Stars Learning Academy LLC is a nurturing and educational childcare center committed to providing a high-quality early learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We believe in fostering the development of the whole child through love, learning, and play — and we're looking for passionate educators to join our team.Position Overview:
We are currently hiring dedicated and reliable Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment that supports children's growth and development.Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Ensure the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all children
- Provide nurturing care and individualized attention to each child
- Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff
- Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones
- Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
- Some experience working with children in a licensed childcare or early education setting OR /or and CDA (Child Development Associate) credential
- Ability to pass background and fingerprint checks in MS along with form 121
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and enthusiastic about working with young children
