(based on experience and credentials) Paige's Rising Stars Learning Academy LLC is a nurturing and educational childcare center committed to providing a high-quality early learning environment for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old. We believe in fostering the development of the whole child through love, learning, and play — and we're looking for passionate educators to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are currently hiring dedicated and reliable Teachers who are passionate about early childhood education. The ideal candidate will create a safe, loving, and engaging classroom environment that supports children's growth and development.
Responsibilities:
  • Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
  • Ensure the health, safety, and emotional well-being of all children
  • Provide nurturing care and individualized attention to each child
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom
  • Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and staff
  • Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones
  • Follow all state licensing regulations and center policies
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (required)
  • Some experience working with children in a licensed childcare or early education setting OR /or and CDA (Child Development Associate) credential
  • Ability to pass background and fingerprint checks in MS along with form 121
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Dependable and enthusiastic about working with young children
