Child Care Teacher

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Childcare teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

Duties:

• Provide attentive care to children in a safe and compassionate manner
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate the children's physical, emotional, and intellectual growth
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
• Monitor children's behavior and implement positive discipline when needed
• Ensure the safety of all children in your care at all times

Skills:

• Experience in childhood development, infant care, preschool, or caregiving
• Knowledge of special education practices is a plus
• Ability to manage children's behavior effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with classroom management techniques
