Duties:

Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
Implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum
Supervise children during playtime and help the children with Homework
Monitor children's behavior and intervene when necessary
Communicate with parents about their child's day and any concerns or updates
Maintain a clean and organized childcare space ```

Requirements:

```

High School Diploma
Must be 18 yeas of age
Ability to multitask and prioritize the needs of multiple children
Excellent communication skills
Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
