Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Toddler Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this dynamic role, you will lead classroom activities, develop engaging curricula, and foster a nurturing environment where toddlers can thrive. Your expertise in childhood development and classroom management will inspire young learners and support their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives while working in a collaborative and supportive setting. Responsibilities Lead daily classroom activities tailored to toddler age groups, ensuring a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment. Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, early intervention strategies, and Montessori principles. Manage classroom routines, behavior management, and transitions to promote positive social interactions and independence. Collaborate with families to share progress updates, address concerns, and support ongoing developmental milestones. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and support staff to maintain high standards of childcare and education quality. Conduct assessments of children's progress using standardized testing methods and document developmental achievements. Plan lessons that integrate physical education, math concepts, and early childhood education best practices to foster holistic growth. Requirements Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting, with a focus on toddlers. Strong knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Experience with curriculum development, lesson planning, and implementing literacy education programs. Familiarity with special education needs, early intervention practices, and child welfare standards. Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, staff, and community partners. Certification in early childhood education or equivalent credentials; Montessori certification is a plus. Prior classroom experience in private schools or daycare environments is preferred; bilingual abilities are an advantage. Pay:
