Overview Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Preschool Teacher, where your passion for nurturing young minds will inspire curiosity, creativity, and confidence in children. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and supportive classroom environment that promotes holistic development. Your expertise in childhood development, curriculum development, and classroom management will help lay a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, including literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Foster a positive classroom environment through effective behavior management and classroom management techniques. Support children's social-emotional growth by applying early intervention strategies and child welfare best practices. Collaborate with colleagues to develop tailored curricula that address individual needs, including special education and toddler care. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor progress and inform instructional strategies. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's development, milestones, and classroom activities. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that encourages active learning and child engagement. Experience Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings, with a minimum of one year in a similar role preferred. Strong background in early childhood education principles, including childhood development theories and teaching physical education. Demonstrated ability to develop engaging curricula that incorporate literacy education, math skills, and hands-on activities like tutoring or lesson planning. Experience working with diverse learners, including those requiring special education or early intervention services. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies to create a nurturing learning atmosphere. Prior private school or Montessori experience is advantageous but not required. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with families, colleagues, and community resources.
