The applicant must be patient, hardworking and reliable. No experience required, we can train the right applicant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children in a safe and engaging environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, providing support in their daily activities, and fostering their development through play and learning. Implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood education. Maintain a safe and clean environment by following health and safety guidelines. Foster social skills through group activities and encourage positive interactions among children. Monitor children's behavior to ensure compliance with rules and promote positive discipline techniques. Must be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification. Fingerprint background/criminal background checks required as we work with children.
