Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant Daycare Teacher to join our vibrant early childhood education team. In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment tailored specifically for infants. Your primary focus will be to support each child's developmental milestones through engaging activities, attentive supervision, and compassionate caregiving. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, language development, and social-emotional growth Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment conducive to infant development Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Follow all health and safety protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively in emergencies Adhere to mandated reporting laws by documenting any concerns related to child safety or well-being Collaborate with team members to plan curriculum enhancements and share best practices in infant care and early childhood education Experience Prior experience working with infants in a daycare center or similar childcare setting is highly preferred Knowledge of child development instruction specific to early childhood stages is essential Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a valuable asset Classroom management skills tailored for infants and toddlers are required Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members Certification in first aid, CPR, and pediatric first aid is strongly recommended or required Background in early childhood education or related coursework enhances candidacy Join us in nurturing the earliest stages of childhood development!
