Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Infant Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of social, emotional, and cognitive skills in children. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education. Create lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children, including those with special needs. Foster a positive learning environment through effective classroom management techniques. Provide individualized support to students, utilizing behavior management strategies as needed. Monitor and assess student progress through standardized testing and informal assessments. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and progress. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience for all students. Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning. Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Skills Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning. Experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention strategies. Proficiency in behavior management techniques and classroom management skills. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues. Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, and teaching physical education. Experience in special education or tutoring is highly desirable. Understanding of Montessori methods is a plus. Ability to create engaging activities that promote child welfare and holistic development.
