Preschool Assistant Teacher | Full Time | Fall Opening Creative Arts Preschool is looking for an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our classroom team for the upcoming school year. We are a small, art and nature based preschool, and I am looking for someone who genuinely enjoys young children and wants to be an active part of their day. I serve as the lead teacher and program director and work alongside our assistant teachers in the classroom. I lead our lessons and curriculum, while our assistant teachers are very much a part of everything we do. They help children through transitions, join in play, support art projects and activities, head outside with us, and help create the warm, calm environment we want our children to experience each day. Our program serves children ages two and a half to five. Our days include lots of hands-on art, music and movement, imaginative play, stories, outdoor play, and daily nature walks. We keep our class sizes small so we can really get to know the children and give them plenty of opportunities to create, explore, and learn naturally. CPR and First Aid certification is required or must be obtained after hiring.
