Just Like Home Preschool and Childcare is looking for a dependable, caring, and energetic Child Care Provider/Aide to join our team! If you enjoy working with children, being part of a team, and helping create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for young learners, we would love to meet you.

Position:

Child Care Provider / Aide As a Child Care Provider/Aide, you will work alongside our teaching staff to provide quality care and learning experiences for children throughout the day. This would be a great position for a high school/college student as the hours are in the afternoon.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising children and maintaining a safe environment Engaging with children during play, learning activities, and outdoor time Assisting teachers with classroom activities and daily routines Helping with snacks, diapering, and toileting as needed Maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming classrooms Using positive and respectful guidance with children Communicating professionally with coworkers and families Working as a team and stepping in where help is needed Following Just Like Home policies and Montana child care licensing requirements We're Looking for

Someone Who:

Genuinely enjoys working with children Is dependable and arrives ready to work Has a positive attitude Is patient, kind, and nurturing Takes initiative and notices when something needs to be done Communicates well with coworkers and families Enjoys being active and engaged with children Is willing to learn and grow as an early childhood professional Can work cooperatively as part of a team Previous child care experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person!
