What We're Looking For:

Willing to get NC Background Qualification Letter. Understanding of NC State and Local childcare regulations. Someone who loves kids, shows up for their team, and brings positive energy every day.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Create a warm, positive, and nurturing environment. Maintain consistent supervision and a safe, clean classroom. Implement and follow an organized daily schedule. Maintain bulletin boards and room arrangement according to center guidelines. Foster children's independence, problem-solving, and social-emotional growth through intentional interactions. Communicate positively with parents and build strong relationships. Maintain classroom structure with calmness, patience, and flexibility.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Genuine love for children and early education. Calm, clear communication style. Strong observational skills — aware of the whole group while addressing individual needs. Ability to teach through play and meaningful moments. Willingness to get down on a child's level and engage fully. Ability to lift weight and lift kids upto 35 lbs. Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and physically move with children throughout the day.
