Earn $18-$19 per hour based on experience Flexible scheduling Part-time and full-time opportunities available W-2 employment Supportive management team Caregiver appreciation and bonus opportunities Gain valuable experience for careers in childcare, education, nursing, psychology, and healthcare Responsibilities Provide quality care for infants through school-age children Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment Plan age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and outdoor play Prepare children's meals and snacks Assist with light housekeeping related to the children Follow each family's routines and care instructions Build positive relationships with children and families Ensure the safety and well-being of the children at all times Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous childcare experience preferred (babysitting, nannying, daycare, camps, tutoring, coaching, etc.) Reliable, responsible, and professional Passion for working with children Reliable transportation required Must pass a comprehensive background check Availability Requirements Part-Time Minimum availability of 3 full weekdays Full-Time Availability for 5 full days, can include week-ends. Typical Hours Most shifts are scheduled between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on family needs.
