Preschool Lead Teacher

Our weekday preschool is designed to nurture young minds through intentional, fun, and excellent learning experiences that prepare them for the future—academically, socially, and spiritually. FBC Weekday Preschool, a ministry of Cary First Baptist Church, is seeking to hire Lead and Assistant Teachers for our 2026-2027 school year. We are a half-day program that meets five days per week. These positions would start in mid-to-late August and run through May.

Teachers should:

• Have a heart for Jesus and be willing to teach and model Christian values
• Embrace the mission, vision, and purpose of Cary First Baptist Church
• Love working with children and their families
• Communicate well with colleagues and families
• Encourage the development of a child's social, emotional, mental, physical and spiritual growth Desired qualifications include:
• High school diploma (required)
• Personal relationship with Jesus
• Active church membership
• Bachelor's degree or Early Childhood certification
• Experience teaching or working with young children .
