Role Description The Teacher role at Creative Schools, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position located in Morrisville, NC. The Teacher is responsible for planning and delivering age-appropriate lessons, creating engaging learning activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive classroom environment. Daily tasks include observing and documenting children's progress, communicating with families about their child's development, and collaborating with colleagues to align teaching practices with the center's curriculum. The Teacher will implement educational best practices, support social and emotional learning, and participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to enhance program quality. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Teaching and Education skills, with experience in early childhood or elementary settings. Candidates should possess effective Lesson Planning and curriculum development skills for age-appropriate learning activities. Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues. Candidates should possess Training and mentoring abilities to support continuous improvement and collaboration within the team. Additional beneficial qualifications include knowledge of child development, classroom management skills, patience and empathy, and the ability to follow health and safety guidelines. Relevant credentials such as a degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, and any applicable state teaching or child care certifications, are preferred.
