Floater Teacher (Full-Time) We are a warm, team-oriented Spanish immersion daycare serving children from 6 weeks old through Pre-K (5-6 years), and we are looking for a reliable and flexible Floater Teacher to join our team!

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30

PM Position Overview:

The Floater Teacher supports classrooms based on daily needs. This role is ideal for someone adaptable, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

Assist in various classrooms as needed throughout the day Step into classrooms to cover teacher duties when required Provide coverage for teacher lunch and bathroom breaks Substitute for absent staff as needed Support daily routines and activities in alignment with early childhood education standards Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings is highly preferred. Strong communication skills are necessary for collaborating with colleagues and engaging families effectively.

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish (required - full Spanish immersion program) High school diploma or equivalent NC Childcare back ground check qualification letter (we can help you get it if you don't have one) CPR/First Aid certification or willing to get certified upon accepting position NC Early Childhood Credential (preferred)
