Job Description
Spanish Classroom Coordinator Hours:
Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:30 PM Charlotte Montessori School is seeking a warm, friendly, and enthusiastic individual to join our close-knit community as a Spanish Classroom Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and is excited to support classrooms in a Montessori environment. In this position you will lead Spanish lessons in the morning for our Toddler and Primary classrooms, creating short, engaging experiences that introduce language in a joyful, developmentally appropriate way. Dedicated time is built into the schedule for Spanish lesson planning and preparation, allowing you to thoughtfully design lessons that support our classrooms and children. Beyond Spanish instruction, you'll provide daily support across various classrooms on campus. Because each day may look a little different, adaptability, flexibility, and a positive, team-oriented mindset are essential. Our ideal candidate has an interest in Montessori philosophy and is open to learning how to thoughtfully support established classrooms and trained teachers. You'll work closely with both lead and assistant teachers, responding to classroom needs while helping create a calm, joyful, and respectful learning environment for children. Throughout the day, the Spanish Classroom Coordinator will support classrooms in a variety of ways, including assisting with lunch and naptime routines, covering teacher preparation periods, and helping in classrooms during extended day. This role is an important part of keeping the day running smoothly for both children and teachers, and requires a collaborative, can-do attitude. If you're dependable, enthusiastic, and excited to grow within a Montessori school community, we would love to hear from you.Job Type:
