BabyRoom Teacher (Lack of degree is not a deal breaker) But we are looking for employees with EDU119 or equivalent. We are seeking a babyroom teacher & also an assistant to work 730am-530pm Monday-Friday with a 1 hour break. Provide care for infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior and social skills among children. Maintain a clean and organized environment, including sanitizing toys and play areas regularly. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. Plan and execute educational activities that align with early childhood education principles. Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual requirements. Skills Strong caregiving skills with experience in childcare settings such as daycare or preschool. Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices. Experience in toddler care, infant care, and behavior management techniques. Ability to work effectively with children who have disabilities or special needs. Excellent communication skills to interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Patience, empathy, and a nurturing demeanor when working with young children. Creativity in planning engaging activities that stimulate children's learning and development.
