Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and passionate Lead Infant Teacher to guide and inspire our youngest learners. In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom environment that promotes early childhood development and learning. Your leadership will ensure that each infant receives personalized care and developmentally appropriate instruction, fostering curiosity and confidence from the very first moments of their educational journey. Duties Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards Supervise and support classroom staff to maintain a positive, organized learning environment Foster strong communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's progress and daily activities Ensure all safety protocols are followed, including pediatric first aid, CPR, and mandated reporting laws Monitor individual child development, providing tailored support for infants with special needs or disabilities Maintain accurate records of children's progress, attendance, and health information Promote positive behavior management strategies that encourage social-emotional growth Experience Prior experience working with infants in a daycare or preschool setting is essential Demonstrated classroom management skills in early childhood environments Knowledge of child development instruction and behavior management techniques Associates degree in ECE or related field is preferred.
