Job Description
Responsibilities:
Part Time Child Watch Attendant M-F 8:25am-1:30pm- Engage children in age-appropriate activities to promote learning, creativity, and social development
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
- Implement behavior management techniques to encourage positive behavior and address challenging behaviors
- Cleaning including mopping, disinfecting of toys, organization of toys, keeping room i n tidy manner
- Experience working with children in a babysitting, daycare, or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and childhood development stages
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children This role requires a high level of responsibility and dedication to the well-being of children.
