KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers to nurture and inspire young children in our Fairgrove learning center. In this classroom-based role, you will plan and deliver developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and academic growth, and maintain a safe, caring environment. You'll partner closely with families, collaborate with fellow educators, and participate in ongoing training. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and communicate with families regularly. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Collaborate with center staff to implement curriculum and school-wide initiatives. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Support individualized learning needs and behavior guidance. Build positive, trusting relationships with children and families.
