Families & Communities Rising, Inc. is looking for a caring and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to create a welcoming classroom where children feel supported and excited to learn. Build strong relationships with children and families while working alongside supportive colleagues and leaders who value your contributions. What You Will Do Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom where every child feels welcome. Plan and lead age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, creativity, and learning. Support children's social, emotional, and academic development. Build positive relationships with families through regular, open communication. Collaborate with staff and specialists to meet each child's learning needs. Maintain an organized classroom and accurate daily records. What You Will Bring An Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. A Bachelor's degree and Birth-Kindergarten License are preferred. Experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. A commitment to early childhood education and child development. What We Will Do Offer competitive pay of $18.50-$30.00 per hour , with the higher end based on education, credentials, and experience.
