Hours:
6:30am-3:30pm Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, ensuring their safety and well-being while providing engaging activities that promote their development. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, in a supportive environment that fosters growth and learning. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing manner. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Provide care for infants and toddlers, including feeding, diaper changing, and comforting. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play. Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities. Assist with behavior management strategies to encourage positive interactions among children. Foster an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity and promotes acceptance. Experience Candidates should possess experience working with children in various settings such as daycare, preschool, or as a nanny.
Preferred qualifications include:
Knowledge of early childhood education principles. Familiarity with childhood development stages. Experience in teaching or caregiving roles. First aid certification is highly desirable. Previous experience in behavior management techniques is a plus.
