Job Description
Overview Kidz Konnection is seeking a dedicated and passionate Child Care Teacher to join our nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of children through engaging and educational activities. This role involves working with infants and young children, providing them with a safe, supportive, and stimulating atmosphere that promotes their emotional, social, and cognitive development. Duties Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage learning through play and exploration. Supervise and engage with children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Foster a positive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and inclusion among children. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Maintain a clean and organized classroom space, ensuring all materials are safe and accessible for children. Observe children's behavior and development to identify any special needs or areas requiring additional support. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for children in the program.
