Job Description
Required Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of previous forklift experience required
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong math skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and write English-language documentation
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes preferred
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing material transactions, including receiving, shipping, transferring, and counting raw materials and finished goods
- Generate inventory and transaction reports from the ERP system as needed
- Reconcile discrepancies between perpetual inventory records and actual physical inventory counts
- Conduct periodic cycle counts as directed by management to maintain inventory accuracy
- Assist with investigating inventory anomalies identified during daily activities or cycle counts
- Coordinate the destruction of obsolete, excess, or otherwise unusable materials as directed by management
- Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment as required to move inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned
