Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to create a nurturing and educational environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience in daycare or preschool settings and a passion for childhood development. This role involves caring for toddlers and young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and growth through engaging activities. Duties Supervise and engage with children in a safe and supportive environment. Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development. Provide toddler care, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with daily routines. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional growth. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play area for children. Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that arise. Observe children's behavior to identify any developmental issues or needs. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills Experience in daycare or preschool settings is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles to support educational growth. Ability to educate children through play-based learning methods. Experience working with children of various ages, especially toddlers. Familiarity with caring for children with disabilities is a plus. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with children and parents alike. Patience, creativity, and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of children.
