We are looking for a qualified Lead Toddler Teacher to add to our staff! We are seeking someone highly motivated and committed with NC Early childcare credentials completed. This person should also have a great love and patience for children. A nine hour shift with an hour lunch is ideal, times may vary, with overtime offered. Pay will be discussed in interview and will be based on experience. Sick leave and a week paid vacation offered after working a year. Current CPR, First Aid, and SIDS certification is required or applicant must be willing to become certified ASAP. Responsibilities for

Lead Toddler Teacher:

Maintain ongoing, open communication with parents and caregivers Maintain clean play, sleep and bathroom areas Provide a classroom environment that encourages parent participation Collaborate with children's families to ensure a smooth transition from home to child care setting Completion of the Early Childhood courses as designed by the state is required. Must have reliable transportation to the Child Care center to ensure consistency for the children A clean drug screen and background check are essential before an offer can be extended.
