KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Fuquay Varina learning center. In this role, you'll create a warm, engaging classroom where young children feel safe, curious, and confident. You will design developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and partner closely with families to share progress and milestones. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Ensure a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe and document children's growth, development, and learning milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress and daily experiences. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations and center policies. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and classroom goals. Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
