Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and the ability to create a safe and nurturing environment. This role involves caring for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and school age children, while promoting their development through engaging activities and educational play. Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Assist with daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and nap time for infants and toddlers. Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional growth. Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring all toys and materials are safe for use. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. Implement behavior management techniques to guide children's behavior in a positive manner. Support children with disabilities by adapting activities to meet their individual needs. Requirements Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying is preferred. First aid certification High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid ID TB Test Current First Aid Certification. Current CPR Certification. Clear Criminal Background Check (CBC). Childcare Qualification Letter. ( This will be your background Check Letter)
