Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Dixon KinderCare center in the Educational Services industry. In this role, you will create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom where young children can thrive. You'll design and lead developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and foster curiosity through play-based learning. Teachers partner closely with families, maintain high standards of health and safety, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality early childhood education in a supportive, inclusive environment. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about children's learning and well-being. Collaborate with center staff to support educational programs and initiatives. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and safety standards. Support children's social-emotional development through positive guidance. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Contribute to Kinder Care's culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
