In this energetic and rewarding position, you will create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes literacy, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills through engaging lessons and individualized support. Your passion for working with children and expertise in early childhood education will inspire curiosity, confidence, and a love of learning in every student. Duties Develop and implement dynamic curriculum plans aligned with early childhood standards, emphasizing literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods when applicable. Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that supports toddler care, preschool experience, and special education needs. Manage classroom activities to foster positive behavior management and effective classroom management strategies. Conduct assessments using standardized testing tools to monitor each child's progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Collaborate with families, colleagues, and specialists to support early intervention efforts and child welfare initiatives. Plan engaging lessons that incorporate child development principles, lesson planning best practices, and age-appropriate teaching techniques. Maintain detailed records of student progress, attendance, and behavioral observations to ensure compliance with childcare regulations and educational standards. Experience Prior classroom experience working with young children in preschool or daycare settings is essential. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development theories, behavior management techniques, and early intervention strategies. Experience developing curriculum content that integrates literacy education, math skills, physical education, and Montessori approaches is highly desirable. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and team members. Familiarity with working within private school environments or similar educational institutions is a plus. Knowledge of standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods to support individual learning needs. Previous experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is advantageous.
