In this role, you will be the cornerstone of a nurturing classroom environment, guiding young learners through their foundational years with enthusiasm and expertise. Your leadership will inspire curiosity, foster development, and create a safe space where children can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Duties Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum plans that support early childhood learning standards and individual student needs. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere by managing behavior effectively and encouraging respectful interactions among children. Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain an organized, safe, and stimulating environment conducive to learning. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns, building strong partnerships to support each child's development. Incorporate child development principles into daily activities, including literacy education, math concepts, physical education, and social-emotional learning. Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws by accurately documenting incidents or concerns related to child welfare or safety. Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons that integrate special education strategies and early intervention techniques for diverse learners. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development, behavior management, classroom management, and curriculum development. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with young children, parents, and team members. Certification in first aid and CPR is required. Experience working with children who have special needs or require early intervention services is highly desirable. Pay:
