Job Description
KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Stantonsburg center to provide nurturing, high-quality early childhood education and care. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging classroom where children can explore, learn, and grow through developmentally appropriate activities. You will plan and implement lessons, support social-emotional development, and ensure health and safety standards are met. Teachers collaborate closely with families and colleagues, contributing to an inclusive culture that values diversity, continuous learning, and professional growth. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe, document, and report on children's progress and behavior. Communicate regularly with families about children's development and classroom events. Collaborate with teaching team and center leadership on curriculum and center initiatives. Implement health, safety, and licensing policies and procedures at all times. Support children's social-emotional development and positive behavior. Set up and rotate classroom materials to support learning and exploration.
