In this role, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, and academic growth. You will ensure a safe, inclusive classroom, build strong relationships with families, and collaborate with a supportive team. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early learning standards. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Observe and document children's development and communicate progress to families. Maintain classroom routines, behavior expectations, and health/safety standards. Collaborate with center staff to implement curriculum and enrichment programs. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Prepare and organize classroom materials and learning centers. Participate in training and professional development. Follow center policies, licensing regulations, and reporting requirements. Support center events and family engagement activities.
