In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom that supports each child's cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. You will design age-appropriate activities, observe and document progress, and build strong partnerships with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood learning goals. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for all children. Observe and document children's development and communicate progress to families. Maintain classroom organization, cleanliness, and adherence to safety and licensing standards. Collaborate with center staff to support program quality and family engagement. Use positive behavior guidance to support children's social and emotional development. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families.
