Responsibilities:

• Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
• Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and educate children
• Ensure the physical, emotional, and social well-being of each child
• Maintain open and effective communication with parents or guardians
• Follow established procedures for behavior management and discipline
• Monitor children's health and safety at all times
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized childcare space

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in childcare.
• Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities
• Ability to provide first aid or respond to emergencies as needed
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues
• Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

• Educate:

  Ability to plan and implement educational activities for children of different ages.

• First Aid:

  Knowledge of first aid procedures to respond to emergencies or injuries.

• Caregiving:

  Experience providing care for children in a nurturing and supportive manner.

• Childcare:

  Familiarity with the operations and routines of a Childcare setting.
