KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our Millers Creek center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you will plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities, support social-emotional and academic growth, and maintain a warm, inclusive classroom. You will partner closely with families, document progress, and uphold all health and safety standards. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Support social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations at all times. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide initiatives and events. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
