Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated infant Teacher to join our team. This role is part time but can accommodate more hours. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in nurturing and educating young children, fostering their development through engaging and age-appropriate activities. This position requires a strong commitment to creating a safe,and stimulating learning environment for all children. Duties See to the daily care needs of infants . Create a warm and welcoming classroom atmosphere Provide individualized support to children, catering to their unique needs and learning styles. Facilitate activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress and development. Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their growth and milestones. Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. Ensure the classroom environment is safe, clean, and conducive to learning. Incorporate first aid practices as needed to ensure the well-being of all students. Qualifications Experience with children birth to age 3. Experience in caregiving, childhood development, or early childhood education is highly desirable. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and educational best practices. Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required, can be obtained after starting. A nurturing attitude with a genuine love for working with young children.
