EARLY CHILDHOOD LEAD TEACHERS

INFANT & PRESCHOOL
Little Grown Ups Child Care Center is looking for caring, dependable, and motivated Early Childhood Lead Teachers to join our team. We are currently hiring Lead Teachers for our Infant and 3 Year Old Preschool classrooms . We are seeking educators who enjoy working with young children, understand the importance of early childhood development, and can create a warm, engaging classroom where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. Current Classroom Opportunities Infant Lead Teacher 12 months and under Preschool Lead Teacher 3 Year Old Classroom Responsibilities May Include Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Planning and implementing age appropriate activities and learning experiences Supporting children's social, emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development Maintaining consistent classroom routines and active supervision Providing positive guidance and age appropriate classroom management Observing and supporting children's developmental milestones and individual needs Communicating professionally with children, families, coworkers, and center leadership Maintaining an organized, clean, and welcoming classroom Completing required classroom documentation and records Following center policies, health and safety procedures, and North Carolina childcare licensing requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Credentials 1 & 2 College Courses required
Qualifications:
