Job Description
We are looking for an Infant Guide/Teacher to join our staff to work with children ages 6 weeks to 18 months. This is a full-time position with work hours from approximately 6:30 am to 6:00 pm with a lunch break. We are a small school with a close-knit staff, child, and parent community. Our goal is to create a living environment where children, our hope for the future, can thrive following Montessori principles. If that's you and you have experience working in a childcare setting or as a nanny and you are open to learning and training in Montessori principles, we invite you to submit your resume and a statement of interest. Requirements :
- Experience in working with children 6 weeks to 18 months old
- Interest in long-term employment
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable with technology
- Willing to learn new skills
Preferred :
- Knowledge of, or experience with Montessori
- NC Early Childhood credentials or Associate's in Early Childhood
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Art, Religion, Philosophy, English or Literature Pay is based on experience/education.

$25,000.00- $31,200.
