Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in toddlers Supervise children closely to ensure safety at all times, adhering to child supervision best practices Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about each child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning Follow all mandated reporting laws and health protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures Support children with daily routines such as diapering, feeding, nap times, and hygiene practices Collaborate with team members to develop individualized learning plans for children with special needs or disabilities Use behavior management techniques to guide positive interactions and support social skills development Skills Proven experience working with young children in a classroom or daycare setting, including toddler care Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Certification in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and understanding of mandated reporting laws Strong classroom management skills to foster a nurturing yet structured environment Ability to communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and children from diverse backgrounds Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to handle child behavior management with patience and professionalism Familiarity with preschool curriculum planning and child development instruction techniques Join us in shaping the earliest stages of children's lives by providing compassionate care, engaging learning experiences, and a supportive environment that encourages every child's potential to flourish!
